2018年初,全球四大會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所中的德勤、普華永道和安永相繼推出了財(cái)務(wù)智能機(jī)器人方案,著實(shí)在財(cái)務(wù)圈掀起了不小的風(fēng)浪。面對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增速減緩、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇的后危機(jī)時(shí)代,未來十年內(nèi)會(huì)計(jì)行業(yè)的人才結(jié)構(gòu)將發(fā)生根本轉(zhuǎn)變。中低級(jí)財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)人員將被高端會(huì)計(jì)人才取代,初步預(yù)計(jì)有60%的普通財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)將被迫面臨失業(yè)或轉(zhuǎn)行。而注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師作為炙手可熱的高端會(huì)計(jì)人才,被財(cái)政部國(guó)資委、商務(wù)部、總會(huì)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)等16大機(jī)構(gòu)列入國(guó)家重點(diǎn)人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。
